The Nature Walks was created to encourage ladies age 40+ to get active and connect with others who share similar interests. It is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature, improve your wellness, and make meaningful friendships. 

This is a collaboration between Free-Spirit Living & Femina Wellness

Everyone Is Welcome in Their Own Group!

We primarily focus on creating a supportive and enriching space for ladies aged 40+, but we understand that your husband, partner, adult child, or male friend may also want to join in on the fun! That’s why we’ve thoughtfully created additional groups to ensure everyone has a place to belong and connect during our walks.

For the Fellas: A space for the husbands or partners of the ladies aage 40+ and their friends to connect and walk in a group.

Young Adults: The perfect place for the ladies Age 40+. young adult kids to join in the adventure and make new friends.

Families & Friends: Especially for families and friends, including children and grandparents, to share quality time outdoors.

Please note our Walks are Non-Guided Walks!!! - You walk at your own risk - Please read our Disclaimer. Each Group will walk separately, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience with their peers. No commitment required - You can join when you feel like it or have the time. 

Optional:

Coffee/brunch after our Nature Walk.

You can join us for coffee/brunch even if you are not joining us for a walk

Restaurant or coffee shop details on our calendar with the hiking details for each specific date.
